Food Hygiene Solutions is successfully run by Maria Dillon, a
qualified Environmental Health Officer, and a small network of
associated consultants. FHS is based in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway,
however, we operate throughout Ireland providing a comprehensive
tailored service to our clients.
FHS consultants’ are also qualified Environmental Health Officers
and have gained hands on experience in different sectors of the food
industry; Catering, Wholesaling and Retailing. We have developed
HACCP systems for Hospitals, Hotels, Restaurants, Food
manufacturers, Take Away Outlets, Preschools & Care Centres. Our
